Upcoming Games
Players always see the next three game dates on the Upcoming page, mark whether they're in, and the moment enough say yes you get an email. Here's how the schedule fills itself, how you steer it, and where to switch on those alerts.
How the schedule fills itself
You never have to keep the calendar full. The Upcoming page always shows the next three dates, worked out like this:
(dates you added) + (the next Saturdays) − (dates you removed)
Sorted earliest-first, the first three are kept. So if you add nothing, the page simply rolls forward through the upcoming Saturdays on its own. Anything you add takes its natural place in the order; auto-Saturdays fill whatever slots remain.
Add or remove a date
Both live on the Campaign page, on the gold + Invite circle.
To add dates
- Tap the + Invite circle to open the calendar.
- Click any future days you want — up to five at once. Days already scheduled show a gold ring.
- Hit Create. The dates merge into your schedule and appear under the Invite button straight away.
To remove a date
- The three live dates sit as small boxes beneath the Invite circle.
- Tap one — it turns red and asks "Remove …?"
- Tap again to confirm. Click anywhere else to back out.
Get quorum notifications
On that same Campaign page, fill in the field labelled "DM email — in-game email notifications." It saves on its own the moment you click away — no Save button.
From then on, when players RSVP on the Upcoming page and the number saying "in"for a date reaches the table's quorum (4 by default), you get an email — "Quorum reached"— listing who's confirmed and a link back to the page.
- You're emailed once per date when quorum is first reached.
- If someone later drops out and the count falls back below quorum, you get a "Quorum lost" heads-up — and if the date recovers, the reached email fires again.
- No email address on file means no alerts; everything else still works.
