The Raven Post — Layout
A map of the broadsheet front page. The masthead and headline run full width across the top; below them sits a three-by-three grid of stories, the advertisement, and the bottom-row boxes. Each region is numbered — the legend underneath says what goes there.
What goes where
The paper’s nameplate: title, the edition wax-stamp, tagline, date, and the arrow piercing it. Identifies the paper and which issue this is.
The page-width lead headline in uppercase serif, with a rule beneath it.
The main story’s running text, in the left column.
The issue’s main illustration, top-center, with its caption line directly beneath. Takes a still image (or animated GIF) or a short video, framed ~4:3. Video rests on its poster frame; players tap play to watch with sound.
Top-right secondary lede — a broadsheet story whose headline names the Crimson Moon.
Lower-left. Either a Market feature (an item on sale, linked to the marketplace) or a paid outside advertisement.
Center middle lede, below the hero image — a story whose headline names the Blood Moon.
Right column, middle row — the editorial / opinion piece.
Bottom-left bordered box.
Center bottom box. Defaults to the Gold / Silver / Copper price sparklines, but per issue you can switch it to a second advertisement or an image/video instead.
Bottom-right box — the realm’s forecast.
