Each NPC prints 2 paddle stickers — a 1½" circle with a numbered tab that slides into the slot on a mini stand. Cut around the gray outline; the number on the tab tells the standees apart. Drop an image on a card to swap its art — on a #1 it replaces the NPC's portrait, on a #2+ it starts a variant (v2, v3 …) used from that number on. [+] adds extra standees of the same NPC. The −/+ under each card zoom the art; drag a zoomed image to recenter it (double-click resets) — the print uses the same framing.
